Pinecrest residents should not have to plan their lives around traffic. Ralph will push for smarter traffic solutions, safer crossings, better school-zone safety, improved signal timing, faster pothole repairs, and practical ways to reduce cut-through traffic on neighborhood streets.
Before asking taxpayers for more, Pinecrest should prioritize core services, review spending carefully, and make the budget process more transparent. Ralph believes the Village government must respect every dollar residents send to Village Hall.
Pinecrest’s charm is worth protecting. Ralph will support responsible growth that respects our neighborhoods, traffic capacity, tree canopy, green spaces, and quality of life. Growth should be carefully planned, resident-driven, and consistent with the Village feel that makes Pinecrest special.
Ralph will support our police, strengthen prevention efforts, improve resident communication, and work to keep Pinecrest one of the safest communities in Miami-Dade. That means staying ahead of property crime, supporting neighborhood watch efforts, and making sure families feel safe in their homes, streets, parks, and schools.
Pinecrest residents deserve reliable services and strong infrastructure. Ralph will advocate for better coordination with FPL, continued undergrounding where possible, improved drainage, responsible sewer and utility planning, and a resident-friendly approach to major infrastructure projects.
